AI Training & Workshops / organizations

Your team is already using AI.Just not the same way twice.

One person is quietly getting real work done with it. Someone else pasted a client’s data somewhere they shouldn’t have. Most of your team isn’t sure what’s allowed. AI Training & Workshops fixes that: we build one shared way of working together, so your whole organization runs from the same playbook instead of a dozen different habits.

The problem

The problem isn’t that no one’s using AI

It’s that everyone’s using it differently, and no one’s comparing notes. The same task gets done five ways. Good prompts and hard-won tricks stay stuck with one person instead of spreading. And every ad hoc use is a small open question about what’s safe to put in and what isn’t.

That gap doesn’t close on its own. It widens as more of your team starts experimenting, until “we use AI” means a dozen private habits nobody wrote down and nobody can rely on.

What it is

One shared playbook, built with your team

Training here isn’t a lecture on what AI is. Your team already knows. It’s the work of turning scattered individual habits into one way of working the whole organization can use and trust.

We do that together, on your real tasks, not generic examples. We look at how your people actually work, find where AI genuinely helps, and build the shared prompts, steps, and ground rules everyone can follow. Your team leaves with something they’ll use on Monday, not notes from a talk they’ll forget by Friday.

Formats

Ways we can work together

  • One session

    Half-Day Workshop

A focused session on one area: a hands-on start where your team builds real, usable AI habits around a specific part of the work in a single morning or afternoon.

  • One day

    Full-Day Workshop

A deeper session across several parts of the business, where we build the shared playbook together and your team leaves with it already working, not a plan to start later.

  • Recurring

    Lunch & Learns

Shorter, regular sessions that keep momentum going: one practical topic at a time, low pressure, easy to fit into a working week without pulling everyone off the floor.

  • Ongoing

    Ongoing Monthly Training

A steady cadence as the tools change and your team grows: we keep the playbook current, spread what’s working, and bring new hires up to the same standard as everyone else.

  • Leadership

    Executive Sessions

A session built for leaders: what AI actually changes for your organization, where the real risks and opportunities sit, and how to lead the shift without needing to become technical yourself.

The outcome

What your team walks away with

Not enthusiasm that fades by the next week. Concrete, shared things they keep using: a set of prompts and steps that work for your actual tasks, a clear sense of what’s safe to put into an AI tool and what isn’t, and one standard the whole team works from instead of everyone guessing on their own.

Where the training touches how AI gets governed across the organization, who’s allowed to use what, and how your data stays protected, that connects directly to the strategy work below.

The other half

Strategy and governance

Training gets your team using AI well. Strategy and governance sets the rules they’re working inside: who can use what, how data is protected, how decisions get made as you grow, and how you stay compliant with Canadian privacy rules.

Most organizations need both, and they fit together. Many start with one and add the other once they see where the gaps are.

One tool, deeply

Want to go deep on one tool?

Most of this training works across whatever AI tools your team already uses. If you’d rather your team get genuinely good at one, Claude is the tool I build with every day, and there’s a focused version of this training built entirely around it.

Why me

Why work with me on this

I’m not teaching AI from a textbook. I build with these tools every day, in real businesses, which means the training reflects what actually works right now, not what a slide deck said a year ago.

This is a fast-moving space without settled best practices yet, and I’m honest about that. What I bring is current, hands-on experience and a plain-spoken way of passing it on, so your team gets the real state of the tools, not hype and not fear.

Scope and cost

How it works, and what it costs

To your size, formats, and team

Format and cost settled first

Every engagement is scoped to your organization, its size, the formats that fit, and how much of your team is involved, so the training matches how you actually work rather than a fixed package.

  1. It starts with a call.

  2. Format and cost settled first

We talk through where your team is with AI now and what you want them working from, and I come back with a format and a scope that fits.

  3. From there we run the sessions, and if you want the standard to hold as tools change and people join, we keep it current with ongoing training.

Questions

FAQ

Anything else, ask me on the call.

Who is this for?

Organizations whose teams are already using AI, or about to, and want everyone working to one standard instead of a dozen private habits. Nonprofits, band offices, healthcare, professional services, local government, and businesses with a team to bring along.

Does my team need to be technical?

No. The whole point is to meet your people where they are. We work on your real tasks in plain language, and no one has to become a technical expert to walk away using AI well and safely.

Can we focus the training on one tool, like Claude?

Yes. This page is the general version that works across whatever tools you use. If you want your team to get genuinely good at Claude specifically, there’s a focused version of this training built around it. See Claude AI Training.

Do you deliver this remotely?

Yes. Sessions are delivered remotely to teams across Canada, so where you’re based doesn’t limit whether we can work together.

What does it cost?

Every engagement is scoped to your organization, so the price depends on the format and how much of your team is involved. We settle the scope and the cost on the first call, before anything is booked.

How is this different from the small-business assessments?

The Readiness, Mini, and $999 Assessments are for a small business owner finding their own first AI moves. Training & Workshops is for an organization bringing a whole team to one standard. Different job, different track. If you’re a solo owner or a very small shop, start with the free tools on the home page instead.

Can we combine it with strategy and governance?

Yes, and many organizations do. Training gets your team using AI well; governance sets the rules around it. We can scope them together or start with one and add the other.
