What it is

A clear answer, not a pile of options

You already know AI could help. What you don’t have is someone to tell you exactly which tool fixes which problem, in what order, and what it’s worth. That’s the whole job of this assessment.

It’s an AI opportunity assessment built for a small business, not a corporate audit full of jargon and slideware. You’ll also see this kind of thing called an AI audit or an AI readiness audit. Whatever the label, the deliverable is the same: specific tools that fix your biggest problems, a plan you can start this week, and the math to know it was worth doing.

The guarantee
Guaranteed

It identifies 5+ hours a week in real opportunities,or it’s free.

The promise is tied to the quality of what I find, not to whether you follow through afterward. If the report doesn’t surface at least five hours a week of genuine, usable opportunity across your business, you don’t pay.

The process

How it works

Four steps over about two weeks.

  1. Discovery call (45 minutes)

We start with a 45-minute call. I record it with an AI note-taker so I can actually listen instead of scribbling, and I ask how your business runs: where time goes, where things break, what you'd fix first if you could. No pitching, just questions.

  2. Analysis

Between calls, I run everything you told me through one filter: does this cost you money, time, or quality? That surfaces 3 to 7 real problems worth fixing, and I match each one to a specific tool, checked against what's actually current, not a list from a year ago.

  3. The report

You get a written report built around your business. It's the real deliverable, and the next section lays out exactly what's in it.

  4. Review call (30 minutes)

We go through the report together on a 30-minute call, so you leave knowing exactly what to do first, second, and third. From there, the plan is yours to run, with or without me.

The deliverable

What’s in the report

The report is the product. Here’s what you’re actually getting.

  • An executive summary

Your top problems in plain language, the hours you could reclaim each week, and the single biggest lever to pull first.

  • An effort-vs-impact map

Your quick wins (big result, little effort) separated from the bigger projects, so you can see what to do this week versus what to plan for later.

  • A recommended-tools list

For each problem: the tool that fixes it, what it costs per month, how hard it is to set up, and the hours it saves per week. This is the page most people say is worth the fee on its own.

  • A 4-day quick-start plan

One small action a day. Day one, install this. Day two, connect that. You’re moving within a week, not filing the report under "someday."

  • The financial math

The hours reclaimed times what your time is worth, minus what the tools cost, so the return is sitting there in plain dollars, on your own numbers.

Included

Every section is written on your business, not a template with your name at the top.

Say the assessment finds 5 hours a week, and your time is worth $100 an hour. That’s roughly $2,000 a month back in your pocket, against maybe $60 in tool subscriptions. The assessment pays for itself in the first month, several times over.

That isn’t a sales figure. It’s the calculation the report runs on your numbers, so you can see the return before you spend a dollar on a single tool.

Pricing

Book your assessment

$999, once. Not a subscription, not a retainer. One flat fee for the whole thing: the discovery call, the analysis, the full written report, and the review call.

What you get for your $999:

  • A 45-minute discovery call (the first part of the work, not a sales pitch)
  • A written report built around your business, not a template
  • 3 to 7 specific tools, each tied to a real problem and the hours it gives back
  • An effort-vs-impact map, so you know exactly what to do first
  • A 4-day quick-start plan you can act on immediately
  • The financial math on every recommendation
  • A 30-minute review call to walk through all of it together

The math

If the plan gives you back 5 hours a week and your time is worth $150 an hour, that’s roughly $3,000 a month. The assessment is $999, once. It pays for itself the first week you act on it.

It identifies 5+ hours a week in real opportunities, or it’s free.

The promise is on the quality of what I find, not on whether you implement it. If the report doesn’t surface at least five hours a week of genuine, usable opportunity, you don’t pay.

Most people who do the assessment want help putting it in place afterward, that’s what Implementation and the AI Concierge are for. But nothing about the assessment depends on buying anything else. The report stands on its own, and it’s yours to run alone.

I work with small businesses across British Columbia, from Kamloops and Kelowna in the Interior to Vancouver and Burnaby in the Lower Mainland.

Optional next steps

What comes after, if you want it

The assessment ends with a plan you can run yourself. If you’d rather have help, there are two ways forward, and neither is a condition of the assessment.

Implementation & Growth

I help you put the tools in place and fit them into how your team already works, from a single task to a fully custom setup. Priced by scope.

Questions

FAQ

Anything else, ask me on the discovery call.

What if it doesn’t find 5 hours a week?

Then it's free, that's the guarantee. In practice, in a business already losing around 11 hours a week to admin, the assessment surfacing five hours of opportunity is close to a given. The guarantee is there to take the risk off your side of the table, not because it's a coin flip.

How is this different from the free Mini-Assessment?

The free Mini-Assessment finds one thing in a 15-minute conversation. This finds 3 to 7 across your whole business, with the written report, the effort-vs-impact map, the 4-day plan, and the financial math behind each recommendation. One is a taste. This is the full diagnostic.

Is this an AI readiness assessment or an AI opportunity assessment?

Both, in a way. A readiness check tells you where you stand. This goes further: it finds the specific opportunities, the tools that fix your biggest time sinks, and what each one is worth. If you just want to see where you stand first, start with the free AI Readiness Assessment. This is the paid step that turns that into a plan.

Is this the same as an AI audit?

Some people call it an AI audit or an AI readiness audit. The idea is the same: I look at how your business runs and find where AI helps. The difference is what you walk away with, a specific, costed plan of 3 to 7 tools, not just a list of concerns.

Do I need to know anything about AI?

No. This is built for owners who don't. If you already knew which tools to use and how to set them up, you wouldn't need the assessment.

How long until I have the report?

About two weeks from your discovery call. Small, immediate changes come first in the plan; the bigger projects come after.

Can’t I just use ChatGPT to figure this out myself?

You can, the same way you could do your own taxes. But you're not paying for AI access, you're paying for someone who knows which of your workflows to fix first and exactly which tool does it, so you skip months of trial and error.

Is my data safe with the tools you recommend?

It depends on the tool and how it’s used, which is exactly why it matters. Canadian privacy compliance (PIPEDA, and the incoming rules under Bill C-27) is built into everything I recommend.
