Implementation is priced by scope, typically $1,000 to $10,000+, depending on how much you’re building. Most builds start from the $999 AI Tools Assessment, which finds the opportunities and turns them into a scoped plan and a price, so you know exactly what you’re getting and what it costs before you commit a dollar to the build.
From there I work in stages. You approve the scope, I build the first piece, you see it working, and we go from there. No open-ended retainers, no surprise invoices.
Built with Claude, not a black box
Where a build needs something custom, I build it with Claude, the same tools I work in every day. That means what you get is transparent and current, something I can actually explain, hand over, and maintain, not a mystery system from a vendor you can’t reach.
Once it’s running
Some clients want a finished system handed off to run on their own. Others want a steady hand on it as they grow, someone to keep improving things and take on the next project when they’re ready.
