How involved you want to be is up to you. Some owners love the working sessions and want to understand everything. Others just want the results and a short update. Either way, you never have to learn to build any of it. That part stays with me.

Most Concierge clients don’t start here. They start with the $999 AI Tools Assessment, or an Implementation project, and once they see what’s possible, they want it to keep going. That’s what the Concierge is: the “keep going.”

The AI Concierge runs $1,200 to $2,000 a month , depending on scope. There’s no long lock-in, it continues because it’s working, not because you’re trapped.
I keep the roster small on purpose. Two real working sessions a month per client, plus the building in between, means there’s a hard limit on how many businesses I can give proper attention to at once. So spots are genuinely limited, and the price rises as they fill and as the value compounds. If a spot’s open now, it’s worth taking now.

Do I have to learn or build anything myself?
No. That’s the whole point. We decide together what to work on, and the building is entirely on me. You’ll understand what your systems do and how to use them, but you never have to become technical.
Do I need the $999 Assessment first?
It’s the usual starting point, it gives us a clear map of what’s worth doing, but it’s not a hard rule. If we’ve already worked together, or you know exactly what you want ongoing help with, we can talk about a spot directly.
What if I only have one thing to fix?
Then the Concierge is probably more than you need. A one-off is better handled as an Implementation project. The Concierge is for businesses that want a steady stream of improvements, not a single fix.
Is there a contract or lock-in?
No long lock-in. It’s month to month and continues because it’s working. If it stops being worth it, you stop.
Why are spots limited?
Because two real working sessions a month plus the building in between takes real time per client. I cap the roster so everyone gets proper attention, rather than signing up more people than I can actually help.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Canadian privacy compliance (PIPEDA, and the incoming AI rules under Bill C-27) is built into every tool and system I set up.
